Kenna Partners’ Associate Named Regional Rep of the Young International Arbitration Group

The Co-Chairs of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) have announced the appointment of Peace Adeleye, an Associate at the Disputes, Energy, and Tax practice units of the Kenna Partners, a leading commercial law firm in Nigeria, as one of the African Regional Representative of the YIAG. This was disclosed in an official statement released by the YIAG-LCIA on its website.

Her appointment is for a term of 18 months commencing from June 2023 and she would be responsible for encouraging membership of YIAG in Africa and reporting significant arbitration developments in Africa. She would also assist the YIAG Co-Chairs with the planning of YIAG events, amongst other things.

Peace is a remarkable advocate with about five (5) years of experience as an emerging leader in arbitration and energy practice in Nigeria. She has provided innovative solutions to Clients in Nigeria. She holds a First Class Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) from Babcock University.
