Adeyinka was previously at a leading dispute resolution firm where he honed his skills in dispute resolution practice.
He has provided legal advisory and advocacy services to several agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria, top key players in the banking, energy, and telecommunications sectors. He has also acted as company secretary to a state-owned telecommunications company in Nigeria.
Prior to joining Kenna Partners, Adeyinka gathered experience in criminal law, administration of estates law, matrimonial causes law, and electoral law, working at another Nigerian law firm.

- Provided corporate and legal advisory services to an energy company owning Oil Mining Leases and successfully recovered millions of dollars (USD) in respect of a claim filed on its behalf.
- Represented an agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria in respect of the claim of a contractor arising from a multi—million dollar (USD) contract for the dredging of a channel for the passage of vessels in Nigeria.
