Omowonuola Bamigboye is an Associate in the Banking and Finance, Dispute Resolution and Maritime practice units of the Firm. Under the Dispute Resolution unit, her expertise ranges from legal representation in court to amicable settlement both in local and international disputes. Beyond legal representation, Omowonuola provides her clients with legal advisory and research, relevant to their business operations.
Omowonuola’s work in the firm is not limited to the practice units which she primarily works under, as she is also involved in the firm’s Oil/Gas and Energy sector. She also offers legal advice and research to the clients of the firm in the Agro-Allied Industry. Her diversity in expertise gives her an edge as she excellently addresses the complex legal needs of her clients.
As an avid reader and an astute student of the law, Omowonuola has authored and co-authored some articles published within the firm. She has also represented the firm in meetings and symposia on different aspects in the legal profession.

- Represented a multinational oil/gas company in a suit which was amicably settled.
- Represented a top-ranking client in the Banking and Finance industry in an estimated ₦700,000,000.00 (Seven Hundred Million Naira) suit which was dismissed.
- Represented a multinational oil and gas entity in an estimated ₦37 billion oil spill suit which was successfully dismissed in favour of the Client at the preliminary stage.
- Representation of the Apex regulator in the Banking and Finance sector of the country in suits against it.
- Provision of legal advisory to leading clients in the Agro-Allied industry.
