- Represented international oil companies (IOCs) in various dispute resolution suits on the environmental contamination caused by oil spillage and gas flared by the IOCs.
- Worked with the team representing the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on the suits challenging the legality of the Naira notes redesign and the CBN’s power to make withdrawal limit regulations.
- Representing the Federal Government of Nigeria in various suits against International Oil Companies for strategic revenue recovery from Stolen hydrocarbon in Nigeria
- Representing an international company in a complex appellate matter aimed at overturning a precedent of the Supreme Court regarding the mandatory necessity to demonstrate a party’s willingness and readiness to engage in arbitration before seeking a court-ordered stay of proceedings pending arbitration.
- Prepared appeal processes on corporate commercial disputes on banking, oil spillage, corporate governance, government policies and labour matters.
- Advised a Multinational Telecommunication Company on its acquisition of a spectrum License from another Multinational Telecommunication Company
- Reviewed a Power Purchase Agreement and a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement for a higher institution.
- Prepared Preliminary Documents for a start-up Company established to provide online rental services.
- Performed out Company Secretarial duties.
- Prepared a Preliminary Documents and Deed of Assignment for the acquisition of interest in land by a multinational Company
