Musa is an Associate at Kenna Partners, with a strong focus on Dispute resolution, Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Technology and Telecommunications.  He has worked on arguably the most complex legal and commercial issues, including Banking and Finance Litigation, Commercial Arbitration, Oil and Gas transactions, and Corporate Restructuring, amongst others. Musa has a rare and astute understanding of business law and has been consistently trusted and recommended by industry leaders, policymakers, stakeholders in these lines.

Musa leverages his skills and experiences in providing strategic advice to financial institutions, corporates, governments amongst others. He provides legal opinions to clients on business decisions, particularly as regards the art of lessening exposure to the risk of litigation, a tactful approach to intricate issues and a proactive mind towards legal issues. His aptness in representing disputants on both sides of the negotiation divides gives him a unique edge on transactions allowing him to navigate the negotiation dynamics effectively.

Musa also works with the Firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, acting for both claimants and defendants in litigation, professional negligence cases, banking and finance litigation, shareholder actions, and cross-border arbitration proceedings. He is adept at strategic thinking, analytical and logical approach to issues in guiding clients through their challenging and complex legal situations.

With a wealth of experience, Musa takes pride in his work, always striving for successful outcomes for his clients, whether through litigation or dispute resolution.
