Justina Fakulude is a Partner at Kenna Partners. She is involved in providing advisory services on company formation, M & A, direct investments and corporate restructuring in the financial services sector of the economy. She offers integrated legal services particularly in the areas of litigation, Arbitration, International Economic law, Intellectual and property law, corporate, commercial and private law.
Justina has extensive experience representing debtors and creditors regarding the M & A aspects of deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, negotiations, regulatory approvals, integration planning, risk management, closing, post-merger etc, insolvencies, and workouts. She possesses ample experience with all of the industry issues and negotiation dynamics for each link of a project, including drafting and negotiating the full range of acquisition, development, joint venture and finance (debt, equity, and tax equity) documentation. Her ability to represent both borrowers and lenders at various stages of a transaction provides a distinctive versatility to her practice and critical overall deal perspective to her clients.
She provides honest and effective representation of clientele management and protection of clientele’s interest against individuals, large corporations, insurance companies and government agencies at both State and Federal levels.
She also provides integrated legal services in litigation, investments, commercial and corporate law transactions. In the area of corporate law, she is registered with the relevant government departments overseeing corporate issues. She has handled issues on corporate restructuring and other commercial transactions for several clients both in the country and abroad. She has also provided specialized legal advisory services in business establishment, winding up proceedings, corporate restructuring, particularly in the area of foreign direct investment and private equity investment. She has been able to ensure that the quality of advice and service to clients is maintained and continuously improved over the years.
