Adekunle Omidiora is a seasoned Management Professional and Consultant with more than 24 years’ experience in strategic leadership and business operations management. He has extensive experience in planning, design, and managing cross-functional business operations and technology projects. He has partnered effectively with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations of business process transformation, including mergers and acquisitions.
He has worked in several capacities since he began his career in 1996. At Lagoon Hospitals, he functioned in the clinical areas, business operations, customer experience management, information technology, programs and project management as well as due diligence for mergers and acquisition. He was responsible for the integration of Gold Cross Hospitals Limited into the Lagoon Hospitals Group as the Integration and Transition Project Manager, following Gold Cross Hospital’s acquisition by Lagoon Hospitals in 2017. He was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lagoon Hospitals and until recently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alpha Mead Healthcare Management Services (AMHS) Limited and a partner at Entelligence ICT Limited, an IT advisory and business transformation company.
