• A member of the team representing a leading telecommunications company in anti-competition disputes within the Nigerian Telecommunications market; and providing strategic legal defense on the environmental impact of Base Transceiver Stations.
• Worked with the team that represented the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on the suits challenging the legality of the Naira notes redesign and the CBN’s power to make withdrawal limit regulations.
• Advised a Bluechip company on the legality of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission to impose fines as it relates to acquisition.
• A member of the legal team representing the Federal Government of Nigeria in various suits against International Oil Companies for strategic revenue recovery of undeclared hydrocarbons in Nigeria.
